KIDS is a movie about a guy named Asato, who has a supernatural power to move things and transfer wounds from other people to his own body or from his own body to other people. He moves to the dump because he wants to meet her mother, who is in the prison because of killing her husband. Asato feels guilty to his mother because he makes her mother injured.
In the dump, Asato meets Takeo and Shiho, and then they make friends each other. Takeo has a scar from his father at the back shoulder. That’s why he hates his father. Meanwhile, Asato is a very kind and warm person. He helps injured kids by transfer their wound to his own body. He also transfers the scar from Takeo’s body to her body. Takeo feels annoyed and also pity to Asato, but he can’t stop Asato’s action. So, he asked Asato to transfer his transferred injures to his father’s body, because his father won’t wake up anymore.
Time by time, Asato and Shiho love each other. Then, Asato and Takeo find out why Shiho always use a mask. She has a vertical scar around her lips. Asato wants to transfer her scar to his body, but Takeo prohibits him. After Shiho tell Asato what’s her dream, Asato transfer her scar to his body.
However, Shiho goes to other better town and live there. It makes Asato sad. But he still optimizes and hopes for her happiness. Asato becomes more desperate when her mother says that his power is evil power and she also tells the truth why she kills his father.
When Asato goes home from the prison, he sees the big accident that makes many people are injured. Takeo is in the hospital when he knows the accident, and he realizes that Asato is in there too. So, he runs as soon as possible to the spot, and he finds that Asato has transferred a lot of wounds to his body.
